Instructor Therapist

Instructor Therapists play a crucial role in facilitating positive change in individuals' lives by working directly with clients in diverse settings such as their homes, community, and select group programs. Instructor Therapists work with their clients to enhance socially significant skills while simultaneously reducing any maladaptive behaviors.

With specialized degrees or diplomas in psychology, applied behavioral science, early childhood education (ECE), child and youth care (CYC/W), or related fields, these dedicated professionals are well-equipped to make a significant impact.

Instructor Therapists, under the supervision of our Clinical Supervision Team, provide comprehensive support to neurodivergent children and youth.

• Maximum: 35-hours/week, Tuesday to Friday

  • Maximum 24 direct client hours/week

• Starting Salary: $42,000 + Benefits + PTO + Professional Development

Success in this position requires:

• A degree or diploma in Applied Behavioral Science, ECE, CYC, DSW, Psychology, Education, or related.

• At least 1 year experience with autism or disabilities

• A clear Criminal Record Check + Vulnerable Persons Sector

• A current CPR-C + First Aid certification

• Access to your own reliable vehicle

• Living in (or being willing to relocate to) Renfrew County

• The ability to work independently with clients in the community

• One to be organized, punctual, and able to collaborate regularly with others.

• Access to reliable internet and video-conferencing technology

ABA Clinical Supervisor

ABA Clinical Supervisors bring their professional expertise to the team by providing meaningful oversight for our ABA services. ABA Clinical supervisors bring expertise in behaviour, disabilities, and skill development to support our ABA clients to thrive in their daily lives and reach their goals.

With a minimum of a Master’s degree alongside registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO), our ABA Clinical Supervisors bring extensive knowledge, skills, and experience in supporting neurodivergent individuals within ABA intervention programs.

ABA Clinical Supervisors provide ongoing supervision of client programming and our team of Instructor Therapists to ensure the highest quality services possible.

• Maximum: 20-hours/week, Tuesday to Friday

  • Supervising up to 100 direct ABA hours/week

• Starting Salary: $48,000 + Benefits + PTO + Professional Development

Success in this position requires:

• Minimum of a Master’s degree related to ABA

• Registered with CPBAO as autonomously practicing RBA, Psychologist, or Psychological Associate

• Access to your own reliable vehicle

• A clear Criminal Record Check + Vulnerable Persons Sector

• A current CPR-C + First Aid certification

• At least 3 years experience supervising ABA programs

• At least 6 years experience in ABA-based autism programs

• One to be organized, punctual, and able to collaborate regularly with others.

• Access to reliable internet and video-conferencing technology
